My experience with her over the phone was great, she seemed like a great find and we booked a trial run. I sent her my address the day before and she had already said the commute was fine. Come the day of our trial, she was supposed to be here at 645 am, not until 652 she texts me that she will not make it as the commute is to far. Stating, “that she would only know how traffic is for the commute the day of..” . This was an inconvenience, unprofessional and not dependable. had she researched the commute before hand she could have denied ahead of time. And while she said she was on her way, she just didnt show. If you need someone who is respectful and will think ahead in preparation, she’s not it. The resume is great, but not the unprofessionalism.
