About Farizah

As a mother myself, and a caregiver with over 20 years of experience, I enjoy supporting families and providing reliable childcare. I am comfortable caring for more than one child at a time and enforcing household rules. I have experience with special needs and children with disabilities as my own child has his own struggles. I took some time off to be a mom, and raise my children; now that they are older and more self sufficient I am able to be reliable for another family in need. When it comes to communicating with parents about their child's day or any issues that arise, I follow their preferred method of communication. I am also comfortable helping with tasks like light cooking and meal preparation, carpooling and light housekeeping. I have completed coursework on Early Child Development and hold certifications in First Aid Training and CPR Training. I am passionate about providing a safe, nurturing environment for children and hope to find a great family to grow with.
