About Farah H

Hello! My name is Farah, and I have over 10 years of experience working with children of all ages, including newborns. I've worked as a nanny, tutor, after school program leader, Girl Scouts summer camp counselor, and musical theater teaching artist. I am First Aid and CPR certified and completed doula training in 2022. I have a reliable car and am comfortable with pets. I graduated from UC San Diego with a degree in Literature and Writing in 2016 and spent 6 months in Brisbane, Australia as an au pair. I completed my MFA in Creative Writing at CalArts last year, where I worked as a Teaching Assistant and Managing Editor of my cohort's literary anthology. Some of my hobbies include hiking, swimming, gardening, cooking, reading, drawing, and painting. I'm excited to meet you and your family!
