I provide daily written reports, engage in verbal communication during pickup, and offer regular updates via text or phone calls to ensure that parents are well-informed about their child's day and any issues that may arise. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and maintaining a structured routine that promotes a sense of security and predictability for children.
