I have spent years caring for children and teens as a nanny and educator, and my passion for caregiving extends to all ages, including seniors. My background in somatic movement and trauma-informed care allows me to offer compassionate, attentive support that prioritizes well-being and connection. I've had the privilege of caring for my parents, grandparents and great grandparents, assisting them with errands, household task, meal preparation (I may not be a gourmet chef, but I do my best!), and most importantly, providing meaningful companionship. I'm patient, a great listener, and I operate with deep consciousness, ensuring that those I care for feel truly seen, valued, and supported.
