About Fallon

I am a CNA, I am CPR & first aid certified. I have experience working with newborns to 13yo. I've worked with multiple families of different backgrounds. My skills are I'm very detail oriented, I have good time management skills. I'd describe my personality as bubbly, bright and adventurous. I love being able to put a smile on someone's face! I like working with kids because they're our next generation. As much as we teach them, they teach us as well. They're smart and I love seeing them grow into their own person. I'm looking for a job that I can create a family bond with. I want to be able to have all my questions and concerns answered, I think it's very important and helpful to have a bond with who you're working with I started working with kids when I was 14 years old and I worked in a church daycare. I then proceeded to go onto work 3 more years there before I became a private nanny for 2 years. In my spare time, I like to go to church, go fishing, read books and bake!
