Fallon has truly been a lifesaver over the last year. My 4 year old has moderate separation anxiety and Fallon has made him feel so comfortable and secure through playing with him and helping to nurture him while my husband and I are out. She is so kind, organized and the most gentle soul! I would hire her full time but my family is moving out of the city - my children absolutely adore her and she will be missed as we enter the next chapter of our lives abroad.
