About Fallon

My approach to childcare is shaped by my experience as a neurodivergent individual and having a passion for fostering inclusive, supportive environments. I have over two years of experience caring for children from 6 months to 11 years old, including managing groups of up to 10. I also served as a full time nanny to two neurodivergent children. I'm currently learning sign language, with a foundation in basic signs to aid in communication with children who benefit from non-verbal methods. I prioritize open communication with parents, providing regular updates via their preferred method - whether text or phone call - to ensure peace of mind. I'm confident in enforcing household rules while keeping your children's safety and well-being my top priority. Activities with me are always a mix of fun and learning including board games and puzzles, play dough, painting, and more. I support children's growth and create an engaging, positive experience tailored to their needs.
