About Faith

Here's a little about me: I grew up in a big family (7 siblings) so I started watching my younger siblings and then nieces and nephews at an early age. Professionally speaking, I have 10 years experience working in several child care settings with newborns-age 13. I'm CPR certified. I've been a daycare teacher, piano teacher, tutor, and babysitter for 6 years and a full time nanny for 4 years. I truly love children and have a passion for teaching. I graduated with a Bachelors degree in Education with focus on early childhood. I strongly believe in the importance of play based learning and allowing the child to follow their interests with guidance. I enjoy planning educational activities, doing crafts, reading, playing games, and being outdoors as much as possible. I'm all about taking them on trips to local parks, zoos, libraries, etc.
