My passion for caring for children stems from my own positive experiences in previous babysitting roles, where I discovered my knack for creating a safe and nurturing environment for kids. My friendly and approachable nature allows me to build strong relationships with both children and parents. I believe in open communication and regularly update parents about their child's day, either verbally at pickup or through text or phone calls, whichever they prefer. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I always follow the parents' lead, respecting their parenting style and ensuring consistency for the child.
