As a nurturing and experienced childcare provider with three years of experience, I am passionate about creating a safe, stimulating, and enjoyable environment for children. My journey into childcare began with fulfilling babysitting roles, where I discovered my love for caring for children and the positive impact I could make in their lives. My approach to childcare is centered around patience, creativity, and open communication. I believe in fostering a strong partnership with parents by providing written daily reports, engaging in verbal communication during pickup, and offering regular updates via text or phone calls. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I follow the lead of the parents to ensure consistency and respect their parenting style. I am comfortable caring for one child at a time and am eager to engage them in a variety of activities, including outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning.
