About Fabricia

My family was blessed to have worked with Fabricia and met her beautiful family. She was my daughter’s nanny in San Francisco for nearly a year between ages 2.5 and 3.5. Fabricia was highly organized, capable, and planned activities to further my daughter’s physical and intellectual development. She coordinated and did drop-offs and pick-ups from school, swim class (which required her to supervise and shower my daughter after class), art class, etc. This was an effort in a dense city! As a mom, Fabricia knew exactly what to do and didn’t need to be closely managed although she always gave us options and helped us feel in control of Suri’s day and development. For example, for Valentine’s Day, Fabricia researched cards, bought materials, and led the craft making. Fabricia visited the park every day, conducted reading time, and structured our daughter’s day with educational and fun activities. We could not have asked for a more “ownership” mentality caregiver at home. Fabricia fostered a relationship built on trust, through her open communication and her willingness to go above and beyond. She was always on time and if a surprise event came up, she was transparent and fast to notify so we could make alternate plans. Her clear communication and flexibility gave us so much trust — on a few occassions Fabricia drove Suri around the city and even cared for her at her own home. She truly went beyond normal expectations. Fabricia treated our daughter like her own. And we genuinely feel her family are like our own relatives!
