Fabiola was notoriously late. She was supposed to be at my house in time to get my disabled son off the bus and never was on time leaving us in a bind. This happened on multiple occasions. She would also randomly send alternative people to work in her place and they are people I had never met before and often didn't speak English so I couldn't even make sure they knew the needs of my son. Avoid a headache and do not hire
