After caring for my grandmother I decided to change careers so for 7+ years I've been caring for those who cared for us. We or I can run errands, go grocery shopping, take patients to Drs appointment, special outings with friends. I have experience cooking for various medical diets, making menus. I have used hoyer lifts, oxygen tanks, breathing treatments. BP machine, checking oxygen levels Medicine mngmnt. daily notes for family's to stay informed, I've had patients who are bed bound, had ostomy bags, catheters external & internal, I've had patients that have had CHF, Pacemakers, high or low BP, Ms, diabetes, heart attacks, strokes, a quadriplegic & my specialty is Alzheimer's & Dementia patients need to have consistency in everything. I believe in keeping them engaged, happy, content, healthy and I'm also experience in end of life care.
