About Evergreen

I have been caregiving for seniors on and off since 2004 years since I began working at Home Instead. Currently, I work part-time with a Parkinson's patient and have some extra days available to work with your loved one. I am certified as a Shared Living Provider, a Direct Support Worker and have received CNA and Hospice training. In addition, I have worked as a Community Case Manager with clients who are autistic and IDD, and I've worked at an assisted living facility. My services include light home care and cooking, a steadying hand, companionship, transportation and general support.
