I've always had a passion for helping children grow and develop, which is why I became a childcare provider. I've been doing this for 14 years now, and I've had the privilege of caring for many wonderful children. I'm patient, calm, creative, and friendly, and I always put the needs of the children I care for first. I believe that communication is key in any relationship, and that's especially true when it comes to childcare. I make sure to keep parents updated on their child's day, and I'm always available to discuss any concerns they may have. I also follow the parents' preferred communication method, whether that's verbal communication at pickup, regular updates via text or phone call, or something else. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules, and I believe that it's important to be consistent with discipline. I always try to be fair and understanding, and I explain the rules to children in a way that they can understand.
