About Evelyn

Hello My name is Evelyn, I have 9 yrs of experience in teaching children from ages 1 month to 14 yr olds. I have studied Early Child Development at Las Positas College and I have received certificate of achievement. I completed my mentorship at Valley Montessori School in Livermore. I had the opportunity to work for various preschools, I have been able to adapt to various curriculum, philosophies that each school had in place. At my previous job I worked as a Site Supervisor for 2 years in San Ramon. Currently I substitute at an infant center. I take great joy in working with children of various age groups. I enjoy keeping children engaged in activities, I am also a huge advocate for sensory learning. I had changed careers for about 1 1/2 yr and worked in managing an office, but my passion to continue to work with children and to see their developmental skills is grand.
