As a caregiver with 15 years of experience, I enjoy supporting families by providing reliable, caring childcare. My patient, calm demeanor and background working with children in schools and mental healthcare settings helps me create a nurturing environment. I make every effort to communicate with parents, ensuring that they receive regular updates if desired, and if any concerns arise. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules to maintain a safe, structured environment. I'm happy to engage with children in whatever activity interests them, and enjoy outdoor or crafty activities. I'm comfortable caring for up to five children, and have cared for individuals from infancy through teenage years, including those with developmental or mental health needs. I hold a masters degree in social work and work in a mental healthcare setting. I am interested in meeting families who might need sporadic help with childcare and I can also help with cooking, carpooling, laundry, and light housekeeping.
