I started doing caregiving since 1996 at the DDs facility, after that I found a family that needed caregiver for their Mother who had stroke and she was in the Nursing Home I stayed with her as her private caregiver. She died after six months. Unfortunately the Daughter diagnosed with stage 4 cancer after the funeral and died after 6 months. Her husband kept me to be his companion until he needed care already. I worked to that man until he died last September 2019. I spent 23 years working to that family. After he died I found job at the nuns private retirement house and worked until now.
