About Evelyn

I am a writer and translator with a Masters of Fine Arts degree in Fiction Creative Writing, and I lived in Armenia this last year teaching English on a Fulbright. I have more than 5 years of experience working with kids. I have been babysitting children ages 2 to 8 since I was in high school, and I have been a camp counselor at art summer camps and special needs camps. I have also taught classes in high schools, ranging in topics from Health to Creating Writing. I can help with travel, summer homework, swimming supervision and more. I am very good at engaging children by inventing games, breaking out the pencils and the markers, building with legos, knitting, crocheting, and painting, and even doing fun writing exercises. I would love to get to know you and your kids better!
