Hi everybody! My first Senior Care-giving job was taking care of 89 years old woman on week ends she has an impaired hearing, I prepare her meals, give her medications and give her bath and help her dress, go for a walk with her, a companion and also light house cleaning I took care of her for more than a year. And then I worked for a 83-year-old woman again, she had a heart problem and most of the time she was just in bed, my job was to prepare her meals, feed her, give her medications, give her baths/dressing and change her undergarment (diaper) in bed. I do exercises with her and encourage her to walk on her good days, I took care of her (about 2 years) until she passed away. I got another job, taking care of a 91-year-old and 92-year-old couple, my job was to give them baths/dressing, prepare their meals, give them their medication, go for a walk, a companion and light house cleaning. I worked in an Assisted Living facility for Handicapped people, putting them to bed, commode and to wheel hair with the help of lifts is a routine, meal preparation, feeding, bath/dressing, toileting was my job. My latest job was a caregiver to an 85-year-old Dementia patient who was recovering from an accident and when she recovered she had another fall she broke her pelvis and I am proud to say that I did my job well done, she is now in good shape, I go to visit her once in a while (New Hampshire). I always have good relationship with my employers the reason why I stayed with them for years, my first job here in US (Upton) was not a good experience though, only 6 weeks with them. I've been a Caregiver for more than 10 years and in my entire career I had one unhappy job. My former employers are my references, feel free to call or email them. Thanks a lot and have a nice day!

Everything was good until she quit with absolutely no notice leaving us with no one to care for a 93 year old. Pretty bad.
