Hello, im new here. I'm 26 years old with over five years of experience working with children. For three years, I worked closely with children with special needs, providing care tailored to their unique requirements. Additionally, I spent two years working in a daycare, where I gained experience managing group activities, ensuring safety, and fostering a nurturing environment. As the oldest of six siblings and a mom to a child with a medical disability, I have firsthand knowledge of balancing structure and compassion in caregiving. My experience has deepened my understanding of patience, adaptability, and advocating for children's needs. I'm currently pursuing a nursing degree, which further reflects my passion for helping others. Outside of work and school, I enjoy staying active by playing soccer and working out, it helps me bring energy and enthusiasm to my caregiving. I look forward to providing family with reliable, loving care and creating a positive environment for children.
