Eva was an absolute God send to our family as my father battled cancer. Her ability to bring compassion, levity, and structure through a very dark time was a beacon of hope that raised the spirits of everyone around her. My understandably overwhelmed mother raved about her ability to bring order to chaos. She organized and created easy to follow schedules, provided transportation, cleaned the house, and cooked the most soul nourishing meals that raised everyone's spirits. As Eva remained laser focused on providing the best care and companionship to my father throughout his journey, my considered her beloved family.
