When it comes to household rules, I'm very comfortable enforcing them while still maintaining a nurturing environment. For open communication with parents, I provide verbal updates at pickup and follow their preferred communication methods. My love for outdoor activities and board games makes playtime engaging and educational. I'm certified in First Aid and CPR, have experience with special needs children, and am also a certified teacher.
