I'm a formal, reserved, and experienced childcare provider with a passion for supporting families. My three years of experience have taught me that every child is unique, so I tailor my approach to meet their individual needs. Whether it's educational games that promote learning or fun activities that encourage creativity, I strive to make every moment a positive and enriching experience. When it comes to communication, I believe in transparency and open dialogue. I follow the parents' preferred communication method to ensure they are always informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. While I prefer not to enforce strict rules, I gently guide children towards appropriate behavior and help them understand the importance of respect and responsibility. My graduate degree and CPR training further enhance my ability to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children of all ages, from infants to preteens.
