About Ethel

Hello my name is Lynette! I served as an in-home caregiver for my father who was diagnosed with dementia / Alzheimer's disease for 15 years. I was responsible for his day-to-day needs, such as bathing, oral care, shaving, haircuts as needed. I assisted with has clothing and/dressing, laundry and meal preparation. I also provided entertainment, walks, rides in the country and an occasional ice cream run! I was also proficient in administering prescribed medications. This position requires a lot of love, compassion, patience and understanding as well as an understanding about this dreaded disease.
