Looking for EVENING HOURS or OVERNIGHT 1-2 days a week. Training: CPR, First Aid, reducing the risks of SUID and SIDS, management of limits, and tantrums in toddlers. Grad student. Love working with routines and having a structured environment where children can thrive. love walks and outdoors with the kids! Ms. Esther is loving and very affectionate but also sets boundaries when needed. Don't smoke, drink, or use any other substances. Vey communicative, punctual, and reliable. Likes the same in return. I do have a minimum of 4 GUARANTEED hours for sitting.

Esther is a natural. From the second she walked in, our girls naturally gravitated towards her. She has a playful mindset that’s engaging and educational. We’re very happy with the level of attention and flexibility she’s provided. Our girls look forward to seeing her when she comes over.
