Hi, I'm Esther!! I've spent the last five years shaping young minds as a dedicated childcare provider. My passion lies in nurturing children's growth and development while providing reliable support for families. With my patient and friendly nature, I create a safe and stimulating environment for children to flourish. I believe in open communication with parents and provide daily written reports and regular one-on-one interactions to discuss their child's day and any concerns. My diverse skill set includes college-level early childhood development coursework. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and enjoy engaging children in outdoor activities, board games, and educational games. Whether it's teaching them to swim or helping them discover their creativity, I strive to make a positive impact on their lives. As a Spanish and English speaker, I'm happy to assist families from various backgrounds. I'm also willing to help with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
