I have two years of experience managing a daycare, around 2 years of experience nannying (mostly for a child with special needs), and about a year of experience working as a Behavioral class aide. I was close to getting my Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. I love and have a heart for children of all ages. I have cleared the live scan background check and I am CPR certified. My schedule is very flexible on the weekends and from Friday- Monday. I am also willing to be a personal assistance with grocery shopping, light housekeeping, pet sitting, and errands. The best. Absolutely the best. Jack our boy who she watched while we were at work loved her. Esther was patient, fun, loving, and responsible. She was also very respectful to us. Very good relationship. I only have good things to say. Jack also has autism. And her care for him was excellent. She was more than a sitter, she was his caretaker. A very good one. Jack today is doing very well. You are making a good decision in picking Esther to watch your child.
