About Esther

As a preschool assistant teacher, I worked in classrooms of infants, toddlers, and preschoolers and with children with developmental disabilities. I organised daily activities, supervised play, facilitated early literacy and language experiences, maintained a clean environment, participated in food preparation, led family style dining, taught proper hand washing, completed diaper changes, and bottle feedings. Encouraged emotional and social development through interactions. I served as a camp counselor for those with disabilities. I worked with campers from age 2 to 21 with intellectual, developmental, behavioral, and physical disabilities. I adjusted activities and events to provide an inclusive camp experience for my camper. Also, I taught swim lessons for infants and children of all ages and life guarded for two years. I ensured the safety of patrons, communicated pool rules, and taught swim lessons for ages six months through adulthood.
