I have cared for people with dementia, chronic pain, mobility, and other medical issues. I have experience with hospice/palliative care. I drove and managed doctor/procedure appointments and medical supplies (handled catheters and draining fluids). I have helped with mobility, bathing, dressing, toileting, transportation, medication management, cooking, housekeeping, medical, finances, and pets. I worked for a senior move management company where I worked diligently and ethically to make the difficult transition from their home to a facility, stress-free and cost-effective. I comforted seniors by taking care of their needs-physically, mentally, and emotionally. Often, I was their only friend and heard their stories and laughed or cried with them. I was entrusted with keys, codes, safes, medications, documents, pets, etc. I also pet/house sit and have clients who trust me with their pets and homes. I always form a bond with my clients and their families. I have caregiver auto insurance.
