Esther was SUCH a blessing to find when we needed a nanny this summer. We have twin girls who were 10 months old and two boys 4 & 6 as well. Esther was such a champ juggling all the different needs of the kids, so caring and patient in a pretty steadily chaotic environment. She was always on time, if not early, and genuinely cared about our kids and built relationships with them. Made lunches, fed babies, put them down for naps, played outside with the boys, encouraged fun activities and helped them keep a schedule. Can't say enough about her, you won't be disappointed!
