My experience working for Social Services in Colombia has given me valuable insight into supporting vulnerable populations and creating safe and supportive environments. I came as an Au Pair 4 years ago for three wonderful and amazing kids (Aged for that time 6 months, 2 yo and 4 yo). I stayed with them for 3 years , and then I decided to move to the city , to achieve my academic goals.

What can we say about Esthefania. She is an amazing young girl in her late 20's, she joined my family as an Au Pair and we enjoyed having her for three years. She came full of dreams to this country looking for better opportunities, and we can't be happier with all her achievements, and the ones ahead to fulfill. She has a great background taking care of multiple children. She took care of my three kids in an amazing way. She ALWAYS went above and beyond, never restricted her duties in our household. Her driving skills are great. She is caring, compassionate and warm (and a bit shy). She takes feedback and instructions very well. Since she stepped in the house, she did more than taking care of the kids, she did household chores, without even being asked. Her education and background in Montessori approaching make her exceptional, she always promoted 'hands-on' learning activities and collaborative play. We would like all the families being as lucky as we were when we hired her.
