My philosophy when working with children is that each child is special in their own way. I believe in guiding the fullest development with in their environment, social appropriateness, academically, and cognitively. I have worked as a personal nanny for three years in Madrid, Spain while attending a University. I then moved to London, England where I worked as a personal nanny for two years. I am continuing my education in the United States where I plan to get my degree in education. I have tutored countless children with teaching Spanish. My jobs have also included the duties of light house work, indoor and outdoor activities with the children, integrating social skills with peers and taking care of children's daily needs.

Estefania is a wonderful caregiver! We have known Estef for over a year and a half and she is dependable, punctual, and most of all our 3 children LOVE her! (as do we!) When we initially hired her, she helped us starting very early in the morning and was on time each and every morning! She also babysits for us and has even rearranged previous appointments (social, not professional) to accommodate our needs if we were in need of care for a sick child or when their school has had closures or in-services. She is very kind to our children and she is fun, but firm enough to keep our 3 spirited little ones in line when they need it. She is sweet, funny, smart, and will do anything that is asked of her. She loves our kids and it shows! During periods of time when she wasn't even working for us, she brought our children (and us) souvenirs from her travels which meant so much to us. I can't say enough great things about Estef. We are so thankful that we met her and I think that you will be too! :)
