About Esra

I have been caring for children for 3 years and it brings me great joy to support families by providing a safe and nurturing environment for their young children. My patient and calm nature makes children feel comfortable and safe around me. With a creative and imaginative mind, I love to involve children in fun and educational activities that support their development. The only problem is that my English is not good and I don't have a driver's license yet. I prioritize open communication with parents, keeping them informed about their child's day through written daily reports, verbal communication during pick-up and regular updates via text or phone call. I believe in fostering a respectful and positive atmosphere for both the children and myself, while following the parents' lead in enforcing house rules. From outdoor sports and physical games to board games and puzzles, I enjoy a variety of activities that appeal to different interests and help children learn and grow.
