About Esperanza

I have 9 years of experience with all ages ! I'm currently a CNA at Midland Memorial Hospital for the post partum unit (7 years) and a Overnight newborn care taker (night nanny/night nurse) for mommas who need the extra hand after delivering their babies. My experience started in 2016 as a teacher for a toddler class and soon from there I was available to be a sitter for many families! After leaving being a teacher and starting as a CNA I became more available for. sick days / school days off , over night stays, weekend stays and a traveling sitter. In 2019 I became the Program Manger for MISD after school program leaving me comfortable with newborns to school age . As of now I'm very flexible with my schedule and happy to be a helping hand whenever I can be !
