I have provided services in facilities ranging from independent care all through memory , skilled care. I have earned a reputation of going above and beyond to meet my family's needs. I take great pride in all the services I provide. I have a great amount of passion for what I do and I look forward to sharing that with my community. My mother fell, broke 3 ribs and her wrist and I needed someone urgently on the day before Thanksgiving to help me care for her since I live out of town. Esmeralda responded right away and was able to work my mother into her schedule. My mother ended up needing to go to the ER and Esmeralda drove her there, stayed with her until check-out, and kept me informed by text. I told Esmeralda she didn’t have to go inside the ER with my mom but she did! She goes above and beyond and really cares!
