Esme was the biggest blessing to our family. She started working for us last year when my son was only 5 months old. As a first time mom with a full time job, I was extremely nervous to hand off my son during the day to another caregiver. Esme was so calm and understanding from the very beginning. She was always great at communicating with me about how he was doing and always sent updates and photos when I was out of the house. She taught our son so many amazing things like baby sign and how to express happy and sad emotions. The only reason why we aren’t working with her anymore is because we are moving out for the area to be closer to family. We will all miss her so much and any family would be lucky to have her as their nanny. We love you, Me-Me!
