About Esmeralda

I've been in childcare for over 20 years, and 18 of those years have been as a full-time nanny. I've worked with families from all backgrounds, including high-profile professionals like doctors, attorneys, and business owners. My experience includes working with newborns through school-age children. I support not just the daily routines like meals, naps, and school prep, but also emotional development, gentle guidance, and creating a nurturing, structured environment. I've also worked as a teacher's aide, front desk receptionist at a Taekwondo school, and a kids' club attendant - so I'm very comfortable with both one-on-one care and group settings.
