About Esmeralda

I have four years of experience in childcare and a genuine passion for helping children grow and thrive. My calm and friendly nature allows me to build strong connections with both kids and their families. I believe open communication is key and always keep parents informed about their child's day. I've worked with children as young as three months up to 4 years old, including my own toddler, who I've been proudly and lovingly raising. I gained hands-on experience through a previous childcare role where I provided care for infants at various daycares after completing a background check and basic training. I prioritize safety, engagement, and following each family's approach to discipline and routines. I currently work part-time on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays, and my daughter has appointments on Tuesdays. I'm available Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and hope to find a family open to me bringing my 3-year-old along.
