I have four years of experience in childcare and a genuine passion for helping children grow and thrive. My calm and friendly nature allows me to build strong connections with both kids and their families. I believe open communication is key, and I always keep parents updated on their child's day. I've completed coursework in early childhood education and development, and I'm CPR-trained, so safety and engagement are always my top priorities. I also respect and follow each family's approach to discipline and household rules. Right now, I work full-time, but I've been thinking about getting back into childcare.
