About Esme

Hi families! My name is Esme and I am an experienced babysitter in nursing school looking for more work. I'd describe my personality as optimistic, fun, and determined. I like working with kids because they always teach me something new. When working for my last family I always would give my boys space to learn and grow by being a guide for them from homework or play. Navigating sibling dynamics can be hard, and takes a lot of patience but when you give a child the opportunity to express their needs and feelings they always suprise you with their care for others and understanding. My main focus when caregiving is to meet the kids needs and have fun! In my spare time I enjoy staying active, and spending time and friends and family. My skills include being on time, cleaning, coming up with new things to do with the kids, and being receptive to feedback and learning new things.
