heaven sent is all I can say with Ernestein. she's amazing. she is very helpful and caring and is there for your needs and your child. my son is very active and hard to take care of with special needs and she's right on it. i don't have to say anything to her. she's got it! i told her 1 time what she needs to do and she handles it like a pro. almost does her job like it's her own life. i don't trust people with my kid but Ernestein, I can rest while recovering from surgery and being ill and shes got it! I rehired her on an emergency basis and she was there for me. really loyal and respectful. helped bring my mail in and even a huge delivery while I was resting. she really takes care of everything like she would her own. and she has the cuuuttest 2 year old. so mature and calm. and respectful manners at such a young age. says a lot about Ernestein! thank you doll.
