About Erin

I am a dedicated and experienced educator with a passion for empowering students to reach their full potential. Currently, I work as a high school Special Education Teacher, where I have honed my skills in personalized instruction, curriculum modification, and student advocacy. With a strong background in individualized education plans (IEPs) and small-group instruction, I foster both academic success and essential life skills, such as communication, problem-solving, and goal setting. Prior to my current role, I supported the well-being of children and adolescents with trauma histories as a leader at Walker Therapeutic & Educational Programs. My ability to navigate complex challenges, provide mentorship, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams demonstrates my solution-oriented approach, which is focused on creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
