Erin is a wonderful caretaker and treated my child like she was her own. Erin has watched my almost two year old since she was an infant and Erin does particularly well with that group. She is loving and patient but also fosters the child’s growth and development following my lead. Through her experience with babies and toddlers she has been able to offer tips and tricks to me as a new mom. I have also found Erin to be reliable and on time- if not early! She maintains a clean space in my home and has been willing to take on light housework after the baby has gone to sleep. Erin is professional, kind, respectful, modest and most importantly a loving caretaker. My daughter absolutely loves her, as well!
