Hi everyone! I'm currently looking to supplement some hours. I work 20 hours a week with another family so have availability on Wednesdays & Fridays. It has been a joy to work with a dozen families over 17 years, with kids ranging from 3 mos to 10 yrs. I think of myself as a mindful caregiver, providing an environment for kids to thrive in. A typical day with me may include: - Learning through play, allowing time for kids to explore their imagination and find their creativity - Cultivating early literacy skills with lots of reading - Nourishing time spent outdoors: exploring nature, going for walks and playing on the playground I also understand the importance of keeping a consistent routine with meals/naps and am able to implement this well. Erin is amazing. She took care of our child from 8 mos old to 26 mos through much of the pandemic. So much of our child's personality (friendly, calm, adaptable, creative) and growth (walking, sleep training, talking) developed under her nurturing care. She was always on time, and only took sick leave to get her own vaccine. I've never worked with someone so dependable. Also, she's just a wonderful person to have in your family's life.
