I'm kind, friendly and outgoing. I was a babysitter, nanny, and preschool teacher. I also ran an after school program through the Girl Scouts for 3 years. I'm not going to be on my phone while a watch your child. I believe screen time is a great tool but should be limited. I'm big on talking to children and engaging with them, encouraging their imagination. I'm loving but firm. I have a son in junior high who has been described by others as smart, kind, loving, funny, and outgoing. I believe he can take most of the credit, but believe my parenting style has a little to do with it.

I feel incredibly lucky to have met and found Erin! She’s attentive, engaged, intuitive, intelligent, sweet, and silly with my baby, and she checks all of the boxes that anyone could be looking for: prompt, reliable, a great communicator, a wonderful human, etc. She also goes above and beyond in things like helping us catch up on motor skills and improve nap habits, for example. She’s very skilled, my son (and I) are always so excited to see her, and I wish I had more space to rave about her!
