About Erin

Hi! My name's Erin, I'm 24 years old and 3 years ago I began working as a behavior tech and I've loved it ever since. As a behavior tech I work with children on the spectrum. I've been blessed to learn so much over the past 3 years and form beautiful relationships that I cherish with the kiddos I work with. I have experience working with children who are non vocal but use other forms of communication to mand for wants/needs such as AAC devices, vocal approximations, gestures, and other cues you pick up on once you get to know a kiddo. I'm very passionate about my job. I believe in advocating for those that may not be understood. I believe in inclusion and kindness for everyone. I love learning things that make me a better me, for myself and others. Prior to working as a behavior tech I worked at a children's learning center, I loved this job as well!
