About Erin

I'd describe my personality as encouraging, empowering and able to connect with students. I have been an advocate of student success through tutoring and academic advising for two decades. I homeschooled all of my children, three of which are now college graduates. I taught small groups and tutored 1-1 for many years. I can teach all subjects in elementary school, and English, writing, reading, history, study skills, and Latin through high school. My passion is helping students reach their full potential. This requires understanding their learning styles in order to make their education successful. Additionally, I teach students how to plan out their assignments, manage their time, and follow directions with purpose. My goal is to create independent lifelong learners in all of the children I work with.
