Erin is a superstar performer when it comes to babysitting. She is punctual, reliable, trustworthy, and our kids love her. She likes to get down on the floor and play with the kids, she talks to them, and is a good friend to them, but can still put down the hammer and get things done (like bath time with uncooperative little ones) if she has to. I feel that her profile picture does not look exactly like her (her skin is darker and the pic appears to have been taken several months or years ago), however, I would not let this detail stop you from interviewing and hiring her. She is among the best babysitters we have ever worked with. Good luck!
