I hold a Masters in Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology, graduating in Spring 2021. Following that, I achieved certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst) in August 2021. My journey in childcare began as an RBT with an ABA agency, where I spent six wonderful years before transitioning into supervisory roles for in-home ABA services from August 2021 to November 2023. Currently, I'm delighted to be serving as a BCBA for a school district, a role that continuously enriches my passion for working with children. Throughout my experience, I've had the pleasure of interacting with kids aged 2 to 13, and let me tell you, I absolutely adore them! I pride myself on being a fun, creative, and active individual, and I'm dedicated to infusing these qualities into the care and support I provide to the children I work with.
